Proposed development at – PROPOSED TWENTYSHILLING WIND FARM SITE, NEAR SANQUHAR

Notice is hereby given that Further Environmental Information (FEI) has been submitted to Dumfries and Galloway Council by Natural Power relating to the planning application in respect of:

ERECTION OF WIND FARM COMPRISING 9 WIND TURBINES WITH AN OVERALL HEIGHT FROM BASE TO TIP OF UP TO 125M (EACH TURBINE WITH A CAPACITY OF UP TO 3.0MW), EXTERNAL TRANSFORMER HOUSING, SITE TRACKS, CRANE PADS, FOUNDATIONS, UNDERGROUND ELECTRICITY CABLES, PERMANENT ANEMOMETRY MAST, CONTROL BUILDING AND COMPOUND, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AND STORAGE COMPOUNDS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS / INFRASTRUCTURE AT VARIANCE WITH CONDITIONS 1 (SITE LAYOUT DETAILS) AND 12 (HEIGHT OF TURBINES) OF PLANNING PERMISSION 13/P/3/0260

REFERENCE NUMBER 18/206/FUL

Possible decisions relative to the application are:

(i) Approval without conditions

(ii) Approval with conditions

(iii) Refusal

A copy of the FEI, the original Environmental Statement, and planning application and associated documents may be viewed on-line at www.dumgal.gov.uk/planning or inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at the Council Offices at Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries, DG1 2HS.

Copies of the FEI may be obtained from Natural Power, The Green House, Forrest Estate, Dalry, Castle Douglas, DG7 3XS (tel: 01644 430008) at a charge of £500 for a hard copy and £15 on CD.
