The Council has received an application from Marine Harvest (Scotland) Ltd on land at Site 2130M East Of Sconser Quarry Sconser . The application is development falling within the Regulations as Environmental Impact Assessment development and accordingly is supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report. The application reference number is (18/00993/FUL).
The application and the accompanying Environmental Impact Assessment Report are available for public inspection between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at the following locations –

The deadline for receipt of comments is 28 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The Council will acknowledge receipt of comments but is unable to respond individually to points or questions raised. Please note that your comments will be published online. Please quote the application reference number in your correspondence.
