Notice is hereby given that a deemed consent procedure to appoint Simon Bonney of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 54-56 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL as Joint Liquidator is being undertaken to: Add Simon Bonney as Joint Liquidator alongside Matthew Frayne, Liquidator and invite creditors to appoint a creditors' committee.

Creditors who wish to object to this appointment may do so in writing by stating so in a letter and completing a proof of debt form and lodging the letter and form with the Liquidator by 23.59 hours on 14 March 2018.
