Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Nerine Trust Company Limited as Trustees of the Carpe Diem I Trust has transferred its entire interest in MML Capital Partners Fund V Founder Partner SLP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL007230 (the “Partnership”) to Christian Heidl. Nerine Trust Company Limited as Trustees of the Carpe Diem I Trust has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Christian Heidl has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.

As a result of the above transfer, with effect from 30 January 2018, Christian Heidl was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in respect of the limited partnership interest referred to in the foregoing paragraph and Nerine Trust Company Limited as Trustees of the Carpe Diem I Trust cease to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
