NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Article 80 the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final general meeting of the Companies will be held at Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3BQ, on 29 March 2018 at 11:00 am, 11:05 am and 11:10 am to consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolutions:-

Ordinary Resolutions

1. 'THAT the Joint Liquidators' Final Report be approved".

2. "THAT the Joint Liquidators' be granted their release once a report on the outcome of the Final Meetings, have been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 Article 145(6)(a)."

Special Resolution

3. "THAT the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of as the Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention."

Members of the Companies entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Athene Place, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3BQ.
