NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS
Notice is given that the creditors of the above-named company are required on or before 1 March 2018 to send in writing their full names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the liquidators of the company, either Nilani Perera of Borrelli Walsh (BVI) Limited, 3rd Floor Commerce House, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands or Cosimo Borrelli of Borrelli Walsh Limited, Level 17, Tower 1, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong ("Liquidators").
If so required by notice in writing by either the Liquidators, either personally or by their solicitors, creditors may be required to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. In default of such proof, creditors will be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before such debts ar2 proved.
