Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 January 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 February 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of GEORGE BAILEY DALE NICHOLLS, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of GEORGE BAILEY DALE CORDELL and assumed the name of GEORGE BAILEY DALE NICHOLLS.
