Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Q GROUP S.p.A. (formerly known as QF S.p.A.) has transferred its entire interest in Tower Credit Opportunities LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL027462 (the “Partnership”) to Enpapi Liquidity Fund. Q GROUP S.p.A. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Enpapi Liquidity Fund has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
