CREDITORS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the meetings of members and creditors of the above Company called under notice and held on 19th January 2018 at Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, the following resolutions were passed in respect of each Company:-

1. “THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Mark Halsall of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, Sixty Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1SA be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

2. “THAT the remuneration of the Liquidator shall be taken from the assets of the Company.

3. “THAT a Committee of Inspection should be appointed”

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that, pursuant to Rule 83 of The Companies (Winding-Up) Rules, 1934, the creditors of the above Companies which is being voluntarily wound up are required on or before the 16th February 2018 being the day for that purpose fixed by the undersigned Liquidator of the said Company to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned Nicholas Mark Halsall, of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, Sixty Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1SA, the Liquidator of the said Company. Any Creditors who have not proved their debts or claims to the satisfaction of the Liquidator by the above date shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
