CITRUS PENSION PLAN - DEFINED CONTRIBUTION SECTIONS
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
This notice is addressed to current and former employees of City Health Care Partnership CIC, Anglian Community Enterprise and Nottingham Citycare
The above Sections of the Citrus Pension Plan (the Plan) are in the process of being wound up.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. If you were or are an employee of the above and a Member of the Plan, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Plan, and have not received correspondence about your benefits since October 2017, please contact the Trustee of the Plan care of Mr Paul Marks, Secretary to the Trustee, Capita Employee Benefits, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ.
You should include details of your current address and of any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 1 April 2018. It is the Trustee's intention to distribute the assets of the Plan to provide benefits for its members as soon as possible.
If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Plan before 1 April 2018 they will not be able to pay benefits to you.
If you have received communication regarding the plan since 6 October 2017, you do not need to write to the Trustee as they already have full details about your entitlements.
