1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th January 2018 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to;

a) install double yellow lines across the access between No 60 and 62 Durlston Road

b) install double yellow lines in front of the existing vehicle crossover at 91 Fairholt Road.

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into force on 5th February 2018, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, in the visitors reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
