Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that First Gulf Bank has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group European Buyout 2005 (A), L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005409 (the “Partnership”) to First Abu Dhabi Bank P.J.S.C. Pursuant to the transfer, First Gulf Bank has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and First Abu Dhabi Bank P.J.S.C. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
