Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1 January 2018, each of:

1. ACG Capital S.A. as manager of Quartilium Mezzanine FPCI; and

2. ACG Capital S.A. as manager of Quartilium Sogecap FPCI.

transferred to HCP VI Holdings SLP its entire interest in the Partnership. With effect from such date, each of ACG Capital S.A. as manager of Quartilium Mezzanine FPCI and ACG Capital S.A. as manager of Quartilium Sogecap FPCI ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and HCP VI Holdings SLP became a limited partner in the Partnership.
