Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, and with effect from 18 January 2018 (the “Effective Date”), SGG (NZ) Limited acting as trustee for FCPR APEH Europe IV (the “Transferor”) transferred (i) part of its interest in HgCapital 5, L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010937) (the (“Partnership”) to Pantheon Duo Bidco, L.P. (the “First Transferee”) and (ii) part of its interest in the Partnership to FCPR Idinvest Strategic Opportunities (the “Second Transferee”). Consequently, on the Effective Date, the First Transferee and the Second Transferee were admitted as limited partners in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
