NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that on 22nd January 2018, Sparrowbrook Services Limited transferred to Danhill Limited 100% of the right, title and interest held by it in the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL002055 and that on that date, Sparrowbroook Services Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Danhill Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
