TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.3) Order 2018" authorising the stopping up of a north eastern part width of the unnamed access road which leads off Mill Chase Road to Somerset Villas at Bordon in the District of East Hampshire to enable development as permitted by East Hampshire District Council, under reference 24314/015.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/3079) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Bordon Post Office, Unit 1, Forest Shopping Centre, Bordon, Hampshire, GU34 0TN.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 29 January 2018 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
