Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 December 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19 January 2018, I, Carolyn Isabella Saddington, of 10 Heron Close, Mountsorrel, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 7FH, Married/Civil Partnership, British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Carolyn Irene Saddington and assumed the name of Carolyn Isabella Saddington.
