Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Ulf Berg transferred 100% of the interest held by him in EQT MMUS IAC Co-Investment Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016910 (the “Partnership”), to ALVA Invest AG, and consequently, ALVA Invest AG was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Ulf Berg ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
