NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lloyd Edward Hinton of 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above-named Bankrupt on 8 January 2018 by the creditors following a Qualifying Decision Procedure replacing Duncan Lyle and Nigel Fox who were appointed on 15 August 2017.

Creditors may request that the Trustee convenes a decision under rule 15.18 for the purpose of establishing a Creditor's Committee provided that the creditor, or a group of creditors, represent more than one tenth in value of the total claims of the bankruptcy.
