THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (NO.55) ORDER 2018, THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK (PARKING PLACES) (CPZ 'B') (NO.10) ORDER 2018, THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK (PARKING PLACES) (CPZ 'C2') (NO.26) ORDER 2018, THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK (PARKING PLACES) (CPZ 'J') (NO.10) ORDER 2018, THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK (PARKING PLACES) (CPZ 'PR') (NO.2) ORDER 2018, THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.45) ORDER 2018

1. Southwark Council hereby GIVES NOTICE that it proposes to make the above orders under the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the orders would be:- (a) to provide new disabled persons parking places, 6 metres in length, at the following locations: BROOK DRIVE, the north-east side, outside No.125 Brook Drive; CARLTON GROVE, the east side, outside No.19 Penny Black Court, 2D Carlton Grove; COBOURG ROAD, the east side outside No.21 Cobourg Grove; CRAWTHEW GROVE, the south side, outside No.1 Crawthew Grove; CREDON ROAD, the west side, outside No.42 Credon Road; CRYSTAL PALACE ROAD, the north-west side, outside No.186 Crystal Palace Road; FARQUHAR ROAD, the north-east side, to the side of No.64 Farquhar Road; GROVE PARK, the north-west side, outside No.112 Grove Park; GRUMMANT ROAD, the north-east side, outside No.5 Grummant Road; HOLLYDALE ROAD, the north-east side, outside No.202 Hollydale Road; LINDEN GROVE, the south-west side, outside No.48a Linden Grove; LODER STREET, the east side, outside No.4 Loder Street; LORRIMORE ROAD, the south-east side, outside No.123 Lorrimore Road; LYNTON ROAD, the north side, outside No.243 Lynton Road; NORWAY GATE, the north-east side, outside No.26 Norway Gate; STERNHALL LANE, the north-west side, outside No.11 Sternhall Lane; TALFOURD ROAD, the south-west side, outside Nos.92 Talfourd Road; WEBBER STREET, the south side, outside Patrick Court, 92 Webber Street; These parking places would operate at any time, and may be used without time limit by vehicles displaying a valid disabled persons 'blue badge'. (b) to split an existing permit holders' parking place in BROOK DRIVE so as to accommodate the provision of the new disabled persons parking place referred to above; (c) to remove a length of single yellow line waiting restrictions in COBOURG ROAD so as to accommodate the provision of the new disabled persons parking place referred to above; (d) to split an existing permit holders' parking place in GRUMMANT ROAD so as to accommodate the provision of the new disabled persons parking place referred to above; (e) reduce in length an existing permit holders' parking place in LORRIMORE ROAD so as to accommodate the provision of the new disabled persons parking place referred to above; (f) to split an existing ‘shared-use’ parking place in STERNHALL LANE so as to accommodate the provision of the new disabled persons parking place referred to above; (g) reduce in length an existing permit holders' parking place in TALFOURD ROAD so as to accommodate the provision of the new disabled persons parking place referred to above; (h) to remove a length of 'at any time' waiting restrictions in WEBBER STREET so as to accommodate the provision of the new disabled persons parking place referred to above; (i) to remove disabled persons parking places that are no longer needed in Astbury Road, Bromar Road, Crystal Palace Road and Marmora Road.
