Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 19th January 2018 it made these Orders which will:

1. Establish permit parking places operational between '9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday' in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid H1 permit in Harmondsworth Lane (part), Holloway Lane (part) and Priory Way, West Drayton.

2. Impose waiting restrictions in Harmondsworth Lane (part), Holloway Lane (part) and Priory Way, West Drayton operational between '9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday' with sections of ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions to prevent obstructive parking.

3. Introduce a 7.5 tonne weight limit except for access throughout Albert Road, Yiewsley.

4. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 58a Money Lane, West Drayton

ii) Outside No. 78 Hilliard Road, Northwood

iii) Outside No. 53 Swanage Waye, Hayes

iv) Outside No. 130 Hallowell Road, Northwood

v) Adjacent to No. 1 Juniper Way, Hayes

5. Remove the following redundant blue badge disabled parking bays:

i) Outside No. 2 Hamble Close, Ruislip

ii) Outside No. 6 Linden Close, Ruislip

iii) Outside No. 84 Woolacombe Way, Hayes

iv) Outside No. 22 St Pauls Close, Hayes

v) Outside No. 76 Wimborne Avenue, Hayes

6. Impose 'Monday to Friday 8.30am to 10.30am and 3.30pm to 4.30pm' waiting restrictions in Grove Close, Ickenham - Both sides, from a point 15 metres northwest of the northwestern kerbline of The Grove northwestwards to a point in line with the northwestern boundary of No. 40 The Grove.

7. Rationalise the existing parking arrangements on the section of Belmont Road, Uxbridge between the junctions of York Road and Bakers Road.

8. Convert the following sections of 'at any time' waiting restrictions on Porters Way, West Drayton to 'Monday to Friday 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm' waiting restrictions.

The north side,

i) From a point 8.6 metres west of the eastern wall of Brecon Lodge, 21 Porters Way, westwards for a distance of 14.5 metres.

ii) From a point 10.5 metres east of the eastern wall of Brecon Lodge, 21 Porters Way, eastwards for a distance of 30 metres.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 29th January 2018 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from Resident Services Directorate, telephone number 01895 250631. If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. SCHEDULE - PROPOSED 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING RESTRICTIONS

SHEPISTON LANE, HAYES - Service road fronting Nos. 2a - 58 Shepiston Lane, extend the existing double yellow lines south of the junction of Rutland Road by 7 metres.

BRIDLE ROAD, EASTCOTE - Extend the existing double yellow lines northeast of the junction with Field End Road up to the zig-zag markings for the zebra crossing.

EXMOUTH ROAD, RUISLIP - On both sides of the junction with Barnstaple Road.

BARNSTAPLE ROAD, RUISLIP - On both sides of the junction with Exmouth Road.

FILEY WAYE, RUISLIP - At the junction with Beverley Road.

BOURNE AVENUE, HAYES - Extend the existing double yellow lines between the junctions of Guinness Close and Dawley Road outside Nos. 4 to 6 Bourne Avenue.

PINN WAY, RUISLIP - On both sides of the junction with St Martin's Approach.

ST MARTINS APPROACH, RUISLIP - On both sides of the junction with Pinn Way, with extended restrictions adjacent to No. 10 Pinn Way.

FIELD END ROAD, RUISLIP - Convert existing single yellow line between the two parking places opposite Nos. 315 and 317 Field End Road to double yellow lines.

CLARKES DRIVE, YIEWSLEY -

a) Northern most east to west arm, from a point 5.2 metres east of the western flank wall of No. 20 Clarkes Drive westwards to a point 1 metre north of the northern flank wall of No. 20 Clarkes Drive.

b) Northwest to southeast arm,

i) Northeast side, from a point 1 metre south of the southern flank wall of No. 14 Clarkes Drive southeastwards for a distance of 16.2 metres.

ii) Northeast side, from a point 15.6 metres northwest of the western flank wall of No. 12 Clarkes Drive to a point 18.5 metres southeast of the western flank wall of No. 12 Clarkes Drive.
