THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 1994 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2018

THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (RYEFIELD STOP & SHOP) ORDER 2018 SECTION 90 OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders which will:

1. Install a 'Stop & Shop' parking scheme on the section of Ryefield Avenue, Hillingdon outside the business with the following operational aspects:

i) Install nine pay & display parking bays operational 'Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm' with charges as shown below.

ii) Install a disabled parking bay outside No. 165 Ryefield Avenue.

iii) Install various sections of double yellow lines to prevent obstructive parking.

2. Install a raised road table with a maximum height of 75mm with 1:20 gradient ramps on each approach on Ryefield Avenue, Hillingdon from outside No. 157a Ryefield Avenue to the junction with Berkeley Road.

Copies of the notice of proposals, proposed Orders together with full details, plans and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposals can be seen at Oak Farm Library and by appointment at, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours until 14th February 2018.
