Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 November 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 January 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Fawsia Mohamud Mohamed Hassan who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Fawsia Amir Sawdi and assumed the name of Fawsia Mohamud Mohamed Hassan.
