Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 December 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 January 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Jameel Kalam who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jameel Miah and assumed the name of Jameel Kalam.
