Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 January 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 January 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Habeeba Opemiposi Shok Uhbi Odeyemi who is a child and single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Habeeba Opemiposi Okikiola Ayoola and assumed the name of Habeeba Opemiposi Shok Uhbi Odeyemi.
