Hysbysir drwy hyn ynghylch newidiad i ffin Ardal Gadwraeth Penfro.Cynhaliwyd cyfarfodydd cyhoeddus ar 11 ac 12 Gorffennaf a chynhaliwyd cyfnod ymgynghori yn ystod Mehefin – Awst 2017. Disgrifir y newidiadau yn yr atodlen ganlynol. Tir yn

(a) I’r gogledd o Lyn y Felin, Penfro

(b) Gorllewin o’r Ardal Gadwraeth bresennol i gynnwys Priory Farm, Garden Cottage, Bush Housing Nursing Home and caeau i’r gorllewin Llyn y Castell.

Cymeradwywyd y newidiadau gan Gabinet Cyngor Sir Penfro a daethant i rym ar 12 Ionawr 2018. Fe’u haseswyd yn ystod cyfnod cynhyrchu Gwerthusiad Cymeriad a Chynllun Rheoli Ardal Gadwraeth Penfro.

Prif effeithiau cael eu cynnwys mewn Ardal Gadwraeth yw:-

4. Rhaid rhoi cyhoeddusrwydd ychwanegol i geisiadau cynllunio o fewn Ardaloedd Cadwraeth

5. Rhaid hysbysu’r Cyngor cyn i waith gael ei wneud i goed yn yr Ardal Gadwraeth.

NOTICE OF REVISION TO CONSERVATION AREA BOUNDARY

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

PEMBROKE CONSERVATION AREA

Notice is given of boundary changes to Pembroke Conservation Area. Public meetings were held on the 11th and 12th July and a consultation period held during June – August 2017. The amendments are described in the following schedule. Land

(a) North of Mill Pond, Pembroke

(b) West of the existing Conservation Area to include Priory Farm, Garden Cottage, Bush House Nursing Home and fields to the west of Castle Pond.

Boundary changes were approved by Pembrokeshire County Council Cabinet and came into force on the 12 January 2018. They were assessed during the production of the Pembroke Conservation Character Appraisal and Management Plan.

The main effects of being included within a Conservation Area are:-

1. The Council has a duty to ensure the preservation or enhancement of Conservation Areas

2. Permitted Development rights are restricted within Conservation Areas

3. Additional controls over demolition

4. Additional publicity must be given to planning applications within Conservation Areas

5. Notice must be given to the Council before works can be carried out to trees within the Conservation Area.
