THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a length of Davyfield Road, including its footway, at Blackburn in the Borough of Blackburn with Darwen, referred to in the Notice published on 05 November 2014, under reference NATTRAN/NW/S247/1579, will not be made, the application for the order having been withdrawn.
