Notice is hereby given in accordance with Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the final meetings of the members of the Companies will be held on 23 February 2018 at 10.00 am, 10.15 am and 10.30 am, respectively at KPMG LLP, 15 Canada Square, London E14 5GL for the following purpose:

a) Receiving accounts showing the manner in which the liquidations have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidators.

b) That the Liquidators be granted their release.

A member who is entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a member of the company.
