Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 1 January 2018, HarbourVest International Private Equity Partners IV - Partnership Fund L.P. (the "Transferor") transferred to Strategic Partners VII Investments L.P. (Series B) (the "Transferee") its entire interest in Abingworth Bioventures III A L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP7437 and that with effect from and including 1 January 2018, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
