Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 1 October 2017, Landmark Equity Partners XVI, L.P. assigned to Landmark Pacific Partners, L.P. - Series A a portion of its interest in TDR Capital IV 'A' L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP017520 (the "Partnership"), and that, with effect from that date, Landmark Pacific Partners, L.P. - Series A became a limited partner in the Partnership in respect of the interest transferred.
