Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Sanne Trustee Services Limited as trustee of Samer Salty Trust has transferred its entire interest in iZettle Co-Investment CI LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL021478 (the “Partnership”) to LGL Trustees Limited as trustee of The Samer Salty Trust. Sanne Trusee Services Limited as trustee of Samer Salty Trust has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. LGL Trustees Limited as trustee of The Samer Salty Trust has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.

2. Following the transfer set out above, LGL Trustees Limited as trustee of The Samer Salty Trust has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Samer Salty. LGL Trustees Limited as trustee of The Samer Salty Trust has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Samer Salty has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
