The STIRLING COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (Springkerse Retail Park, Stirling) (Stopping-Up) Order 2018 under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

The Order will stop-up the following road:

Springkerse Retail Park, Stirling: That section of road forming the access to the premises known as Burger King.

All of the above are shown on the plan attached to the Order.

Details can be examined at the Council’s Offices, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, FK7 7SN during normal office hours for 28 days from 24-1-18.

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to Alastair Brown, Director of Localities and Infrastructure, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, FK7 7SN by 21-2-18 quoting reference number TM/6 – SRO/2018(24).
