Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 30 November 2017, each of Quartilium Sogecap FPCI, Quartilium III FPCI and France Europe Capital FPCI assigned to HCP VI Holdings SLP the whole of their interests in Kennet III B L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012142, and that, with effect from that date HCP VI Holdings SLP became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of each of Quartilium Sogecap FPCI, Quartilium III FPCI and France Europe Capital FPCI.
