(the "Partnership")Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Hector Thaddeus Hoyos-Aliff transferred 100% of the interest held by him in the Partnership to Adnan Chaban and, as a result, Hector Thaddeus Hoyos-Aliff ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
