Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 6 October 2017, Caterva Limited transferred the whole of its limited partner interest in Mistral Energy II LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011709, ("Partnership") to Dunord Investments Limited and with effect from that date Dunord Investments Limited was admitted as a Substitute Limited Partner in the Partnership and Caterva Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
