NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 15.6 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 31 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5SQ on 22 January 2018 at 12:00 PM for the purposes of dealing with Section 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The physical meeting is being held following a request received from the company’s creditors under Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A shareholder’s meeting held on 9 January 2018 passed a resolution for the winding up of the company.

Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.

Proxy forms must be delivered to Tom Coates, RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3TY before they can be used at the meeting.

Any unlodged proof of debt form must be received at the address above by no later than 4pm on 19 January 2018.
