THE HAVERING (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

a) Introduce double yellow lines

i. On New Place Gardens along the flank wall of No 44 Cedar Gardens

ii. At the junction between Urban Avenue and Suttons Avenue

iii. At the junction between Urban Avenue and Kenilworth Gardens

iv. At the junction between Suttons Avenue and Connaught Road

v. At the junction between Suttons Avenue and Balmoral Road

vi. At the junction between Kenilworth Gardens and Balmoral Road

vii. At the junction between Cross Road and Orchard Road

viii. In Egbert Close at the entrance to Ingre House

ix. On Farringdon Avenue east of Neave Crescent

x. On Gooshays Drive at the entrance to proposed Lidl superstore with no loading at any time restrictions on the eastern side

xi. In James Close for the entire length

xii. In Kennet Close at the southern end to assist in accessibility

xiii. Various single (Mon-Fri 8am to 10.30am) and double yellow lines in Lodge Lane

b) Introduce pay and display bays in Old Station Lane

c) Introduce pay and display bays in Parkside Avenue whilst removing free bays and replacing with single yellow lines

d) Introduce a disabled persons parking place in Playfield Avenue outside the Surgery

3. Full details are available for inspection together with the deposit documents for the orders referred to above and can be inspected for a period of 21 days either through www.haveringtraffweb.co.uk or in the Public Advice and Service Centre, London Borough of Havering, Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Friday. Further information may also be obtained via www.haveringtraffweb.co.uk or schemes@havering.gov.uk.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
