THE ISLINGTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*

1) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and of all other powers thereunto enabling.

2) The general effect of the Dedicated Disabled Parking Places Order would be to introduce Dedicated Disabled Bays in:

a) Caledonian Road, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 568 Caledonian Road;

b) Gresley Road, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No.18 Gresley Road;

c) Hawes Street, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 2 Canonbury Court;

d) Hemingford Road, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 157 Hemingford Road;

e) Mildmay Road, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 35 Mildmay Road;

f) Pemberton Gardens, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 42 Pemberton Gardens;

g) Stavordale Road, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 44 Stavordale Road;

h) Roden Street, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 51 Roden Street; and

i) Thornhill Road, introduce a Dedicated Disabled Bay outside No. 68 Thornhill Road.

3) The general effect of the Disabled Parking Places Order would be to in:

a) Caledonian Road, revoke the Disabled Bay outside No. 368 Caledonian Road; and

b) Stavordale Road, revoke the Disabled Bay outside No. 44 Stavordale Road.

4) Make various amendments to Traffic Management Orders in order to bring them in line with the current on-street layout.

5) A copy of the proposed Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders at the following location:

6) Any person who wishes to object, or to make other representations about the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made to Public Realm, P O Box 2025, PERSHORE, WR10 9BU (quoting reference 5354), within the period of twenty-one days from the date on which this Notice is published.
