The Department for the Economy has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Education (Recognised Bodies) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018” (S.R. 2018 No. 8), which comes into operation on 11th January 2018.

The Rule lists all those bodies which appear to the Department to be recognised as having degree awarding powers.
