Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 28th December 2017 Crescent Capital Nl Limited (the 'Transferor') transferred all of its interest in Crescent Capital III LP (the 'Partnership'), a limited partnership registered in Northern Ireland with the Number NI000068, to Angela Moore (the 'Transferee').

Accordingly, with effect from 28th December 2017, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee increased her capital contribution in the Partnership.
