Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that The Kaiser Permanente Washington Defined Benefit Plan (f/k/a Retirement Income Credit Plan for Employees of Group Health Cooperative) has transferred its interest as a limited partner in Infracapital Partners II LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number as above, to Northern California Laborers Pension Fund Private Markets Holdings, LLC which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
