GEORGE S HALL LTD 1996 (CONTRACTS) RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

(“THE SCHEME”)

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme is to be wound up.

Any member or other person having a claim against (or claiming to be beneficially interested) in the Scheme is required to submit details in writing of their claim or interest to the Trustee of the George S Hall Ltd 1996 (Contracts) Retirement Benefits Scheme, marked for the attention of Matthew Pridding, PTL Governance Ltd, Park House, Park Square West, Leeds, LS1 2PW, by 19th March 2018, after which date the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims and interests of which they had notice and will not, with respect to the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.

It would be helpful when responding if you would include your full name (and any previous name) and your National Insurance number together with any relevant employment periods. If your claim arises through another person’s membership of the Scheme, please provide similar details for that other person. To ensure that your claim is received it is strongly advised that any correspondence is sent by registered post. It would also be helpful if you would bring this notice to the attention of anyone else who you believe may have an interest in the Scheme.
