THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it has made an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown edged red on the plan attached to the Order:

(1) The area of the public highway to be stopped up forming the highway known as the footbridge over the West Anglia Main Line railway between Park View Road, London N17 and Watermead Way/Tottenham Marshes, London N17.

THE ORDER IS MADE to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Network Rail Limited planning reference HGY/2017/2930.

COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT during the 28 days commencing on 19 January 2018 at River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.

ANY PERSON MAY CHALLENGE the validity of the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with within 6 weeks commencing on 19 January 2018 by application to the High Court under section 287 of the Act.

Prior approval HGY/2017/2930 granted on 27 October 2017 under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by virtue of Article 3, Schedule 2, Part 11 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 to demolish the footbridge over the Network Rail West Anglia Main Line, Park View Road, London N17 9BL.
