NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 21

PERIODIC REVIEW OF MINERAL PLANNING PERMISSION UNDER SECTION 74 AND SCHEDULE 10 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 (FIRST REVIEW) CUNMONT QUARRY, NEWBIGGING, MONIFIETH

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment Report has been submitted to Angus Council by Breedon Northern Ltd relating to an application for Periodic Review of Mineral Planning Permission (ref: 17/00902/EIAM) under Section 74 and Schedule 10 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended)

Possible decisions relating to the application are:-

(i) approval of the submitted conditions;

(ii) approval of the application with conditions differing from those submitted;

A copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report, may be inspected during office hours at the place where the register of planning applications is kept by the planning authority for the area at Angus Council, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AN during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. The documentation can also be viewed online at www.angus.gov.uk/publicaccess (using the application reference 17/00902/EIAM).

Copies of the EIA Report may be purchased from The Estates Department, Breedon Northern Limited, Head Office, Monifieth, Angus, DD5 3RB at a cost of £10 for a CD copy £130 for a hard copy.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the EIA Report to Angus Council should make them in writing within 30 days to the Council at Angus Council, Place Directorate, Housing, Regulatory and Protective Services, Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AN or by e mail at PLANNING@angus.gov.uk
