DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997

THE CONVERSION OF ROAD TO FOOTWAY (LUNDIE AVENUE, DUNDEE) ORDER 2018

Dundee City Council hereby give notice that they have made an Order under Section 203 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the conversion of part of Lundie Ave into a footway in order to promote road safety by removing an access onto Kings Cross Road situated too close to an adjacent access (north leg of Lundie Ave) which will soon have larger flows of traffic caused by adjacent business developments. A copy of the Order and relevant plan showing the length of Lundie Ave to be converted may be inspected at the office of the Head of Democratic and Legal Services, Dundee City Council, 20 City Sq, Dundee, by any person free of charge between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays) during a period of 28 days from 19/1/18. A copy of the plan can also be viewed by searching for "Traffic Regulation Orders (In Progress)" in the A to Z section of our website. Within that period any person wishing to object to the Order should send a written statement of their objection to the undersigned.
