Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 December 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 January 2018, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Elijah Jaydon Kingston Bleakley who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Elijah Jaydon Abolaji Olusola Oshiberu Bleakley and assumed the name of Elijah Jaydon Kingston Bleakley.
