NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 226 of the Companies Act 1931 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at 49 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LD on 8th February 2018 at 11:00am for the purposes mentioned in sections 227, 228 and 229 of the said Act i.e. to consider the directors statement of affairs; to appoint a liquidator; and if thought fit to appoint a committee of inspection.

Any creditor wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge a completed proof of debt form (together, if it is desired to vote by proxy, with a completed proxy form) at 49 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2LD not later than 11.00am on 8th February 2018.
