The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Diversion of Highway (South East) (No.1) Order 2018" authorising the diversion of a length of footpath no.24, Bisham, which lies to the south of the A404 and east of the Beech Lodge School site at Maidenhead, in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, to enable development as permitted by Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, reference 17/02398/FULL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/3065) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Maidenhead Library, St Ives Road, Maidenhead SL6 1QU.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 18 January 2018 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
