Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that The Kaiser Permanente Washington Defined Benefit Plan transferred 100% of its interest in Actis Energy 4 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017288 (the “Partnership”), to Northern California Laborers Pension Fund Private Markets Holdings, LLC, and consequently, Northern California Laborers Pension Fund Private Markets Holdings, LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and The Kaiser Permanente Washington Defined Benefit Plan ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
