Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 10 January 2018, Leonardo Secondary Opportunities Fund III (GP) Limited transferred to Picasso GP Limited the whole of its interest in PSC Investments LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP017223, and that, with effect from that date, Picasso GP Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership in respect of the interest transferred.
